A graph that proves the Climate Crisis is human-caused
Human influences are impacting the climate more than natural influences
If you look at the graph, you can see that human drivers (red) are lining up with global temperature rises (black) way more than natural factors (blue).
Climate Denialists might say, “Wait, but it’s not going up by that much!!!” But an increase of just 2° F can cause extreme damage to polar ice, and knock the Earth’s balance between hot and cold off kilter.
You may be thinking, “But wait, the Earth’s temperature changes all on its own, right?” Yes, but it changes over a long period of time, over hundreds of thousands of years. Many of the times where temperatures have spiked or dipped are around mass extinction events (i.e. an asteroid hitting the Earth).
